The Follies of Fall

1 1/4 cups of Rougaroux® Rum, Full Moon Dark
1 cup of Rougaroux® Rum, 13 Pennies Praline
½ cup of Rougaroux® Rum, Sugarshine
½ gallon of apple cider
¼ gallon apple juice
¼ cup honey
1 tablespoon whole cloves
1 in of a stick of cinnamon
½ teaspoon of fresh ground nutmeg
Pinch of allspice.
1 vanilla bean (split)
1 apple, sliced

Place all ingredients, except the Rums and apple, into a large sauce pan or pot. Bring the ingredients to a low simmer for 3-5 minutes (all we are trying to do is get the spices to open up). Turn off the heat and let cool for a couple minutes, then add the rums. Place sliced apple rings on glasses for garnish and a couple to the sauce pan for looks, then ladle and serve. Be sure to use heat resistant cups.
