Southern Sazerac

2 oz Rougaroux Full Moon Dark Rum
¼ oz Herbsaint
½ oz lemon juice
Dash of Peychauds bitters
Dash of simple syrup

Add dash of bitters and simple syrup to the bottom of a rocks glass and mix. Add ice, and pour remaining ingredients over ice. Garnish with lemon twist.
