The Classic (Batch Recipe)

1 bottle Rougaroux Sugarshine Rum
2 large (46 oz) cans of pineapple juice
2 cans pineapple chunks in pineapple juice
½ cup brown sugar
3 vanilla beans, opened & scraped

Pour all ingredients in a large batch container or punch bowl except for the vanilla beans. Cut the vanilla beans open, scrape the vanilla off with a knife, and put both the vanilla and beans in the mixture. Mix well and cover; refrigerate overnight. Mix well before serving.
