1.5 ounces La 31 Bière Noire
1.5 ounces Oryza vodka
4 ounces Bloody Mary mix
Dash Tabasco
Garnishes of your choice

Pour Bière Noire into the bottom of a glass and top with ice. Mix other ingredients and pour over the top. Garnish with pickled okra, green olives, celery — or even shrimp.
