2 oz Rougaroux Full Moon Rum
1/2 oz hibiscus syrup
1/2 oz lime juice
2 oz ginger beer
twist of lime for garnish

Hibiscus Simple Syrup
1 Cup Sugar
2 Cup Water
6 hibiscus tea bags (I used Tazo Passion Tea)
3 T ginger juice (I used Ginger People’s Ginger Juice)

Dissolve the sugar in the water. Remove from heat and add tea bags and ginger juice. Let steep for 20 to 30 minutes (covered).
