2 ounces rosemary infused Oryza gin
1 ounce spiced agave (recipe follows)
1 ounce fresh lemon juice
1 ounce organic pure cranberry juice

Spiced Agave

24 ounces organic light agave syrup
2 ceylon cinnamon sticks, lightly torched
2 pieces orange zest, flamed


Mix all ingredients with ice.
Strain over ice and garnish with fresh cranberries and a sprig of rosemary.

Spiced Agave

Pour agave syrup into a small saucepan, and let simmer over low heat.
Add cinnamon sticks and orange zest to pot and continue to simmer for 15 minutes.
Fine strain the agave nectar, and store in non-reactive container like a glass bottles for up to 3-4 weeks.
