Local strawberry-infused Rougaroux Sugarshine Rum
Basil
Lemon
Topped with a splash of soda

Put all ingredients except the soda in a shaker with ice and shake well. Strain over ice in a rocks glass and top with club soda. Garnish with Candied Basil.
