Tropical Dragon

1 ½ oz Rougaroux Sugarshine Rum
3 chunks of Tropical Dragon Fruit, muddled
½ oz Coconut Cream
Squeeze of lime
Top with Pineapple Juice

Muddle dragon fruit with the rum then pour remaining ingredients into the shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into rocks glass with ice and garnish with chunks of dragon fruit.
